An effervescent Italian chef/drummer. It was Pasqually who first gave Chuck E. the chance to perform. It's is also Pasqually who holds the secret to Chuck E.'s delicious pizza recipe. "It's the cheese!" says Pasqually, who couldn't keep a secret. He is the first human character.
